Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Dragon Fruit, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Coconut water
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped Mango
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Handful of Blueberries and Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (optional)


  1. Puree the dragon fruit, coconut water, banana, mango, kiwi, pomegranate seeds in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top with blueberries, raspberries and chia seeds.
  3. Feel free to add granola, almonds, toasted coconut flakes or any fresh fruit!
