Straw-Banana Guava Smoothie

  • ½ Cup Strawberries
  • ¼ Cup Guava Nectar
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Handful of Ice Cubes
  • ¼ Cup of almond milk (can be substituted with milk of your choice)


  1. Place strawberries, guava nectar, banana and ice cubes in a blender
  2. Process in the blender until smooth texture
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the health benefits!



*Garnish with chia seeds, raspberries or blueberries!
