To be eligible, your donation request must meet the following criteria:

We only consider donation requests that are submitted through our online Donation Request Form.
Must qualify under the guidelines of a 501 (C) 3 Non Profit cause.
Our online form can be submitted online, returning it to our 5240 E. Outer Drive, Detroit, MI 48234 location or mailing to that address.
A tax exempt number is required for consideration; your organization must be registered with the State of Michigan.
Donation requests are filled on a first come, first serve basis because of the volume of requests we receive.
