Joe Randazzo’s Fruit & Vegetable Market (“Joe Randazzo’s,” “we,” “us”) runs this website at joerandazzos.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers the website only. It does not cover our stores, our wholesale accounts or third-party sites we link to.
Information you give us
We collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Newsletter and loyalty program sign-ups: your email address.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you’re contacting us and your message. If you’re asking about a job, anything you include about your work history.
- Wholesale inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Donation requests: your name, phone number and email; your organization’s name, purpose and address; its 501(c)(3) number and Tax I.D. number; and details about the event and the donation you’re requesting.
- Job applications: if you print our application and bring it to a store, it is handled as a paper record, not through this website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect some information automatically, using cookies and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you and your approximate location (city level). We use it to keep the site working, understand how it’s used and improve it. The Cookies and similar technologies section below lists the specific tools.

- To send newsletters and loyalty program updates you signed up for.

Advertising: We use advertising tools from partners such as Meta and Google Ads to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the website and our business:
- Service providers that work for us, such as our website host Kinsta, our email newsletter provider, our form tool and our website agency, KARMA jack. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Google, which provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA and the Google Maps store locator. Google’s use of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, which receive information about your visits through cookies and tags on our site to measure and deliver our ads. Their own privacy policies govern how they use it.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, employees or business.
- A business transfer, if Joe Randazzo’s is sold, merged or reorganized.
Links to other sites
Our site links to Instacart for home delivery and to our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you leave our site, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
Your choices
- Emails: Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at ap@joerandazzos.com to unsubscribe.
- Advertising and cookies: You can turn off advertising and analytics cookies at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page, or in your browser. See Cookies and similar technologies below.
- Access, correction and deletion: Email ap@joerandazzos.com or call 313-892-0093 to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. Some information we may need to keep for legal, tax or business records.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can still turn off non-essential cookies through our cookie settings.
Third parties such as Google may collect information about your browsing across different websites over time when you use our site.
Cookies and similar technologies

How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and donation request records until you ask us to delete them, unless we need to keep them for legal, tax or accounting reasons. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept for 14 months.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and restricted access to form submissions. No website is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Michigan law.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a significant change, we will also post a notice on our homepage.
