Joe Randazzo's Tip:
Try different Michigan apple varieties throughout the season. Sweeter apples may allow you to use less honey, while tart apples create a flavorful contrast with the warm cinnamon.
Local Produce Options:
When they are in season, the majority of our apples, pumpkins and squash come from Michigan farms. You can also find Michigan-made favorites, including locally produced honey, at Joe Randazzo’s.
